Information reaching Efizzy NG, has it that Senator Hope Uzodinma, may have recruited the services of the former Speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly, and Ugwumba Uche Nwosu’s running mate, in the 2019 General Elections, Acho Ihim, as the coordinator of the new Camp Hope Political Structure.
Reports has it that the Hope Uzodinma Political Family, Camp Hope, have been facing serious challenges lately, with the sack of his commissioners, and their failure to gain acceptance with the people of Imo State.
Uzodinma, have allegedly recruited the services of Acho Ihim, to use him to draw away members of the Rochas Okorocha Rescue Mission political family, to his fold.
Ihim is to start his work from Okigwe, which is his home, and from there, reach out to other Rescue Mission members, in a bid to weaken Senator Rochas Okorocha’s influence in the All Progressives Congress APC in the state.
Uzodinma also hopes to gain acceptance with Imo people, through the already established Rescue Mission Political Structure, as his original Camp Hope Political Structure, have failed to win the people of Imo State to his side.
Some participants of the meeting, placed calls to Verbatim News correspondent, Mercy Anaele, revealing the new political tactics being deployed by Senator Hope Uzodinma, in his bid to displace Senator Rochas Okorocha in the APC, as well as try to win the trust of Imo people.
