…but deserted by his Rescue Mission family
Social media has been awashed with publications alleging the defection of Hon. Godstime Chukwubuikem Samuel, immediate past Vice Chairman of Mbaitoli LGA from his Rescue Mission family led by Sen. Rochas Okorocha to 3R Team of Gov. Hope Uzodinma.
Our correspondent who was present at Godstime’s daughter dedication ceremony confirmed that the venue of the event was well saturated with 78% of human traffic mainly from the 3R government while about 7% percent were members of Godstime’s rescue mission family.
The drama started when the Master of Ceremony; Hon. Chukwunonye Irouno said that following the presence of 3R team at the event, Godstime has been recovered by the 3R government.
A strong media influencer in Imo state and punch newspapers correspondent; Chidiebube Okeoma quickly jumped up to ask Godstime if what Irouno said was true, Godstime answered thus “not only recovery… you can also say I am Chief Artist to the Governor” and everyone including Comr. Jeff Nwoha laughed to the joke.
But if truth be told, rescue missionaries didn’t do well. Sen. Okorocha didn’t come for the ceremony and didn’t send any representative. Uche Nwosu didn’t come and didn’t send any representative. Prominently in attendance from Rescue mission were only The former Executive chairman of Nwangele LGA; Hon. Chizobam O. Chizobam and former Imo ENTRACO GM; Comr. Jeff Nwaoha. While 4 commissioners of the 3R government were present, Hon. Deacon chike Okafor, Prof. Cona and Co were also present along side other big friends of Godstime.
Explicitly, he confirmed to our correspondent that he hasn’t left the rescue mission family. What happened was that, his child dedication was heavily attended by friends in Hope’s 3R govt as against his Rescue Family, notwithstanding that he sent more invites to his rescue family, and was so hopeful with great anticipation that they would grace the event in their numbers. For this reason, temporarily he’s rather stuck to himself in disappointment, not that he has left the rescue family. So my friend should hear from the other side before casting stones!
Godstime Samuel; CEO of Govnor Arts Embassy, Chairman of MDGS Consults Ltd and National President of Emerging Leaders Forum of Nigeria (ELFON) is not a hungry man to prostitute politically. The monies he makes in Arts monthly is four times what any political institution can pay him as monthly salary. He is prominently in rescue mission because of Uche Nwosu and may not leave the rescue mission family until Uche Nwosu leaves.
