Since 1960 when they alleged that we got this administrative independence, we have not been able to address one single problem despite the country being number 11th on OPEC oil producing countries in the world.
Isn’ t it obvious that the country have a leadership problem, and we will never be able to solve this leadership problem with a set of people who share a different ideology with us?
If you want to know how Nígeria will continue to be in the hands of the Northerners, look at the level of hunger and poverty there, look at the number of out of school Children there, look at their level of illiteracy etc. Look at the entire North.
Whatever the leader of Nation is, so shall the Nation be.
For 61 years, we have not been able to address any of these issues affecting us. Our grandparents who hoped things will get better died with their hopes, our parents are fed up, is this the country we wish to handover to our children to continue to live in endless hope?
Which of these have we been able to solve?
1. Power generation and Transmission.
2. Highways, Streets, and Roads.
3. Bridges.
4. Mass Transit, Airports and Airways.
5. Water supply and Resources.
6. Waste Management.
7. Internet and Telecommunications.
8. Education and University Systems.
9. Economy.
10. Unemployment.
11. Industrialization.
12. Trade and investment.
13. Insecurity and Terrorism.
14. Corruption.
15. Environment and health issues.
16. Infrastructure.
17. Mall for Nutrition etc.
It has been a rat chase all these years, and instead of moving forward, the country has been going on a downward spiral.
Instead of addressing those problems, and find solutions to them, more problems keep springing up.
Ladies and gentlemen, the 3rd picture below, shows our dear country Nigeria, on reverse gear.
In the pictures above, you can see the progressive changes in other countries. In Nigeria, the reverse has been the case.
