Former Kaduna Senator and public affairs commentator, Sen. Shehu Sani has taken a swipe at the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma over his penchant to please the northern power block over and above his own people in southern Nigeria.
Sani, a popular Human Rights activist in a tweet on Friday said that the Imo Sate governor should now be addressed as “Al-Uzodinmallah.”
He insinuated that the governor should rather join the Northern Governors’ Forum henceforth instead of the Southern Governors’ Forum.
The fiery critic said: “Southern Governors should allow Ortom attend their meeting as Ortomadike and Northern Governors should allow Uzodinma attend their meeting as Al-Uzodinmallah.”
Recall that the Imo State governor was the only governor from Southern Nigeria that boycotted the meeting held in Asaba where far reaching decisions, including the ban on open grazing by cattle in Southern Nigeria was agreed upon.
