Video: Rochas Okorocha have filed 120 lawsuits to stop Uzodinma from recovering looted property

The former governor of Imo State, and Senator representing Orlu zone, Senator Rochas Okorocha, have filed over 120 lawsuits, in an attempt to stop the Senator Hope Uzodinma administration, from recovering properties looted by the Okorocha administration.

Senator Hope Uzodinma made this known, while interacting with the national leadership, of the National Union of Pensioners NUP, who paid him a visit at Douglas House Owerri.

Efizzy recalls that Senator Hope Uzodinma have started the implementation of a White Paper report on land, instituted by the Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha administration, and carried on by his administration, in the spirit of continuity.

The judicial panel, had come up with a report, recommending the recovery of allegedly looted property of the state, from the former governor, his family members, as well as political associates.

Senator Hope Uzodinma have already taken over the KOM University, formerly known as the Eastern Palm University, as well as the IBC Orji property, and Okorocha’s wife’s hotel.

Senator Hope Uzodinma while speaking to the leadership of the pensioners, vowed to pursue his mantra on recovery, without fear or favour.
